The Birthwheel
The "birthwheel" is a modern model of childbirth bed that enables woman to take any position in the course of delivery - from lying to standing. Special design of the bed makes mother feel very comfortable in this significant moment of her life and helps deliver a baby. Thanks to a built-in mechanism, merely by using the remote control unit a woman may change position of her body to the more comfortable one at any time.
The possibility of giving birth in a vertical position - i.e. standing or kneeling - is a significant convenience. Such a position is regarded the most natural by experts. In this position a woman is supported by the gravity, so the birth is easier and more enjoyable.
Only a few hospitals in Poland can boast of the 'birthweels' . As for abroad, this type of a childbirth bed is very popular. It has been already introduced in more than hundred clinics in Europe and Japan.
Ultrasound VOLUSON E8 Expert
Our clinic is equipped with two VOLUSON E8 Expert devises - the latest generation of ultrasounds that is available only in a few hospitals in Poland. Multidimensional technologies - 3D and 4D rendering - enables watching various abdominal organs in real time. The devise allows the doctor to even greater precision in diagnosis and accurate assessment of the patient's health. This is possible thanks to a new generation of lightweight matrix array probes scanning in three dimensions. This technique provides high-quality diagnostic images approved by FDA agency (which is responsible for protecting the public health by assuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and medical devices). New probes enables imaging of similar quality to the computed tomography (CT) results. That's why VOLUSON E8 Expert provides extraordinary vision that supports the accuracy of examination and enables accurate diagnose of gynecological conditions earlier than ever before.
The camera is also equipped with the function of Spatio-Temporal Image Correlation (STIC), which enables to captures a full fetal heart cycle beating in real time, and the volume can be saved for later, offline analysis. Moreover, a new advanced function Volume Contrast Imaging (VCI) with OmniView provides detailed imaging of internal organs. Thanks to increasing the visibility of tumor tissues, it also became the alternative to expensive CT and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
VOLUSON E8 Expert is equipped in DVD-R/RW burner. That is why we can provide patients with a memorable souvenir from the first ultrasound examination - photos of the unborn baby and video of its movements in the womb.
Ultrasound Voluson 730 Expert
VOLUSON 730 Expert is a very precise ultrasound. Our Clinic possess two of these devices, so each patient may be examined with the equipment of the highest quality. This world-class ultrasound is used in most fields of medicine, including gynecology, obstetrics, urology, cardiology, vascular studies, radiology, etc.
VOLUSON 730 Expert enables imaging the fetus in the womb using three types of technology: 2D, 3D and 4D.
The device has an additional function of Power Doppler, which enables analyzing the blood flow in the vessels of the unborn child. This study provides many essential information necessary to diagnose the capacity of arteries and veins and blood supply in certain organs. The examination result is also used in functional diagnosis of umbilical cord, which enables to predict possible anomalies in the child's development.
VOLUSON 730 Expert is equipped in DVD-R/RW burner, that enables providing parents with memorable photos and videos of a baby in the womb.
